- Removed the NSA banning IP code.
- Added code so I can't pick up cobble dirt and netherrack.
- The /home random cache thing is working pretty well.

Wow! You've been busy after my 6 month break from Minecraft ended and I got back to playing. Alas, I cannot play most likely, since I'm on vacation and I'm typing this by phone!
