Webby chat no longer disconnects everyone when an anonymous person views the page.
/home will take you to your nc home if you do it from the oc, instead of taking you to oc spawn.

I'd like to suggest a possible addition to 'Webby-Chat', in that you type a regular in-game Command and it's only viewed by other Users on it rather then the entire In-game Server. ie: /webby <message>.
