I recently started a town on the barrier of the New Continent. I'm curious; is there any interest on buying a plot for cheap? I'm thinking the following price, but they're negotiable for now.

We reserve the right to tear down offensive houses, but do not take this act lightly and will rarely do so.
If you chose to tear up the dirt floor, please return to jacobhcd48 so he may expand Barrier Town island.
