Hello, Im GameGirl56 co-owner of SEA CITY with aceflamingo23 and 7sss.

It will be open around Dec 2013 with a Grand opening party

Hmm... Im curious. Is this going to be a underwater city, thats above the ground but under water.

Or do you plan to hollow out the ground under water and make it a city completely submerged in water. from approximate sea level to say... bed rock.
