Can't connect D:

For some reason, I can't seem to connect to the server. But, it appears to be online according to Minestatus.
Why is this?

I believe the server is down, and for some reason minestatus isn't registering it

The map also shows a whole bunch of players as being online as well.

It was frozen from when it crashed last time. I just rebooted the server so its back online now. Apparently it was down for about 7 hours.
