How to put pictures in your signature?

Does anybody know how to put pictures in your signature? I would like to put my Clan Sparta banner, but I have no idea how. I am also the one who made it, and have the file on my computer. I have a windows XP. Thank you!

almost did it right. What you have to do is upload the picture to a
image hosting site, and put the pictures
full web address within the [img] tags in your signature.
If you still can't do it, then send me the picture, or a link to where it is uploaded, and I will add it to your signature for you.
